“Nan Governor” orders 15 districts

Today (22 July 2025), Mr. Chainarong Wongyai, Governor of Nan Province, warned the people of Nan Province in all 15 districts to prepare for "Storm Wipha" which is expected to enter Thailand today from noon until evening onwards.
